I confirm that I understand the meaning of all the terms listed in this consent and their compliance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". Consent is provided from the date of execution of this consent, valid for the period of storage of documents provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation plus 5 (five) years.
After the expiration of the specified period, the consent is considered to be extended for every five years in the absence of the Borrower's application submitted to APELSIN LOGISTICS to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, drawn up in a simple written form.
